Okul inşaatlarında risk analiz yöntemlerinin uygunluğunun değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Ülkemizde iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarının en fazla görüldüğü sektörlerden biriside inşaat sektörüdür. İnşaat sektörünün içinde çok sayıda alt sektörü beslemesi, birçok farklı uzmanlık alanını tek çatı altında toplaması ve kendine has çalışma koşullarının olması bunun önemli nedenlerindendir. Bu tez çalışmasında, yapı üretimi proje aşamasında ve yapı inşaatının imalat aşamalarında karşılaşılabilecek iş kazası faktörleri incelenerek; risk analiz yöntemlerinden en uygun olanının belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Söz konusu çalışmada İSG açısından sahada tespit edilen uygunsuzluklar iki farklı risk analiz yöntemine göre kayıt altına alınarak olası tehlikelerin listesi oluşturulmuş, tehlikelerin neden olabileceği riskler belirlenerek analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiş ve en uygun yöntem belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Öğretmenler Caddesine inşaa edilen Selçuk Ortaokulu'nun iş güvenliği ve işçi sağlığı ile ilgili tehlikeleri açıklanmış, riskler değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında okul inşaatında L tipi matris ve Fine Kinney yöntemi kullanılmış olup her bir yönteme göre tehlikeler bilinir kılınmıştır.Açıklaması yapılan tehlikeler için gerçekleştirilen risk değerlendirmeleri neticesinde belirlenen tehlikelerin tümü için tavsiyelerde bulunulmuş, önlemler alınarak dayanılabilir (kabul edilebilir) risk seviyesine indirgenmiştir.
One of the sectors in which occupational accidents and occupational diseases are seen most is construction sector. Feeding a large number of sub-sectors within the construction sector, gathering many different areas of expertise under one roof and having unique working conditions are the main reasons for this. In this thesis, occupational accident factors that may be encountered during the production stage of the building production and the manufacturing stages of the building construction are examined; to determine the most appropriate risk analysis methods. In this study, nonconformities detected in the field in terms of OHS were recorded according to two different risk analysis methods, a list of possible hazards was created, the risks that could be caused by hazards were identified and analyzed and the most suitable method was determined. In this study, occupational health and safety hazards of Selçuk Secondary School which was built in Ogretmen Street were identified and their risks were evaluated. In the scope of the study, L type matrix and Fine Kinney method were used in school construction and hazards were defined according to each method. As a result of the risk assessments carried out for the identified hazards, recommendations were made for all hazards and the necessary measures were taken to reduce the risk level to an acceptable level.
