The weights of 9 criteria were determined with the Logarithm Methodology of Additive Weights (LMAW) method, and the performance order of the Regional Development Agencies was revealed with the Double Normalization-based Multiple Aggregation (DNMA) method. Istanbul Development Agency was determined as the most successful Regional Development Agency in terms of financial support programs for non-profit organisations.
