Bentonite-acrylamide-histidine-Cu(II) microcomposite was prepared by loading copper ions. The microcomposite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), specific surface area and elemental analysis. Cytochrome c adsorption studies were performed, for the first time, by using the new metal chelated affinity support (bentonite-acrylamide-histidine-Cu(II)) microcomposite in batchwise experiments.en10.1177/096739111202000909info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAffinity chromatographyBentoniteCytochrome cHistidineMetal-chelateMicrocompositeBentonite-acrylamide-histidine-Cu(II) Microcomposite for Cytochrome c AdsorptionArticle2098358292-s2.0-84875030558Q3WOS:000312627600009Q4
