It is often seen as a disease factor in immunocompromised people and can sometimes be life threatening. The most common clinical presentations are bloodstream infections, skin infections and urinary tract infections. Myroides odoratus and Myroides odoratimimus are the two most common types of Myroid as infectious agents in humans.
