İnkılap Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük dersi konularının Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin amaç ve yapısına uygun biçimde, öğrenciye yakın çevresi ile ilgili davranış, olumlu tutum ve değer kazandırabilecek şekilde verilmesi uygun görülmektedir. T.C. İnkılap Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük Dersi ve dersin öğretim programı geçmiş, bugün ve gelecek üzerine kurulu bir alanda, ülkemizde yetişen kuşaklara çağdaş toplum koşullarını, demokrasi ilke ve kurallarını, Türkiye'nin karmaşık uluslararası ilişkiler içinde karşısına çıkan sorunları çözmede ne gibi güçlüklerle karşılaştığını tanıtabilecek nitelikte olarak ifade edilmektedir. T.C. İnkılap Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük dersi ile genel olarak, gençlerde Türk inkılabının temel felsefesine, Cumhuriyet rejimine ve Atatürk İlke ve İnkılaplarına yönelik olumlu tutum kazandırmak hedeflenmektedir. Tarih öğretiminin temelinde yer alan kavramların varlığı tarih dersinin öğretiminde etkili olmakta. Bu ders kapsamında yürütülen eğitim ve öğretimde, bu kavramların yeterli düzeyde öğretilmesi ve kavramların doğru kullanımı ile istenilen başarının elde edileceği düşünülmektedir. Gelişmekte olan teknoloji, insan yaşamını ve davranışını sürekli değişime maruz bırakmakta. Öğrencilerin bilgiye ulaşması günümüz şartlarında teknolojinin sağladığı imkanlar doğrultusunda daha ulaşılabilir konumda olması sonucu, eğitim öğretimde de teknoloji tabanlı yönelimler kaçınılmaz olacaktır. Günümüz bilgisayar ve yazılım teknolojisi, alışılagelmiş ders anlatım yöntemlerine ek olarak öğrencinin ilgisini diri tutacak yeni yöntemler geliştirmesi bakımından çeşitli alt yapılar sunmaktadır. Günümüz teknoloji temelli eğitim öğretimler okulun her kademesinde çok rahat kullanıldığı gibi sosyal bilgiler eğitiminde de özellikle kavramların anlamlandırılmasında farklı teknoloji tabanlı uygulamalarla keyifli sınıf ortamı oluşturacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu Sınıf ortamının oluşması ancak öğretmenlerin teknolojiyi iyi kullanabilir düzeyde olmasıyla mümkündür. Web 2.0 araçlarıyla farklı materyaller geliştirilerek sınıf ortamının daha renkli ve eğlenceli olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma sonucunda Web 2.0 araçlarıyla hazırlanan materyallerin kavram öğretiminde ne kadar etkili olacağı araştırılması planlanmaktadır. T.C İnkılap Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük dersi kapsamında Web 2.0 araçlarıyla kavram öğretimine yönelik herhangi bir çalışmaya rastlanmadığından bu çalışmanın alanyazına olumlu katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.Considered as a continuation of the Social Studies course in primary education, T.C. Developing technology exposes human life and behavior to constant change. Technology-based orientations will be inevitable in education as a result of the fact that students' access to information is more accessible in line with the opportunities provided by technology in today's conditions. Today's computer and software technology offers various infrastructures in order to develop new methods that will keep the student's interest alive in addition to the usual lecture methods. It is thought that today's technology-based education is used very easily at every level of the school, and it is thought that it will create a pleasant classroom environment with different technology-based applications in social studies education, especially in making sense of concepts. The formation of this classroom environment is only possible if the teachers are at a level to use technology well. It is thought that the classroom environment will be more colorful and fun by developing different materials with Web 2.0 tools. As a result of this study, it is planned to investigate how effective the materials prepared with Web 2.0 tools will be in concept teaching.
