Typically associated with hyperlipidemia, it can also be observed in patients with normal lipid levels. Bladder xanthoma is a rare lesion. It is usually asymptomatic and is usually encountered incidentally. It may be isolated or associated with urothelial carcinoma of the urinary bladder. In this case report, we present an incidental case of bladder xanthoma in a 64-year-old patient who underwent surgical treatment due to lower urinary tract symptoms and an investigation of the etiology of hematuria.en10.4274/uob.galenos.2024.2024.9.2info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessXanthomabladder xanthomacystoscopyhyperlipidemiacase reportXanthoma of the Bladder-A Rare EntityArticle234118116N/AWOS:001383335600001N/A
