His medical history was consisted of a treatment for pneumonia and hemoptysia in the other hospital five months ago. Diagnostic X-rays was showed consolidation in the posterobasal segment of right pulmoner lobe and abscess in the paravertebral muscle extending from L4-5 level. The patient was discharged after antibiotic treatment. At the second hospitalization, a grass inflorescence was discharged from the fistula. When the patient was reevaluated his history was consisted of the aspiration of a grass inflorescence eight months ago.
