Rhinophyma is classically a benign condition whose etiology and pathogenesis are not well understood. A few cases of giant rhinophymas have been reported in the literature. In this article, a case of gigantic, lobulated rhinophyma is presented. The appearance was unusual, and there was cyst formation histologically. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.en_US
