Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarının Meslek Algısı Ve Tükenmişlik Sendromu Üzerine Bir Çalışma: Sivas İli Örneği

Abstract

Tükenmişlik sendromunu en fazla yaşayan meslek gruplarından birisi de Muhasebe meslek mensuplarıdır. Çalışma kapsamında Muhasebe meslek mensuplarında tükenmişlik sendromu ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin ölçüldüğü makaleler ve tükenmişlik sendromu konusu alanında yapılan araştırmalar incelenerek muhasebe meslek mensuplarının tükenmişlik sendromu ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin ölçülmesi ve tükenmişlik yaşayıp yaşamadıkları ve tükenmişlik boyutlarının ne derecede olduğu ampirik olarak incelenmiştir. Farklı illerde yapılmış çalışmaların tamamında en önemli ortak sorunun muhasebe meslek mensuplarında tükenmişlik sendromunun orta düzeyde yaşanmış olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışma sonucunda Sivas merkez de muhasebe mesleğini icra eden meslek mensuplarına yüz yüze anket yolu ile sorular sorularak mesleki algıları hakkında bilgiler elde edilmiş olup ayrıca tükenmişlik sendromu düzeylerinin ne seviyede olduğu Masclah’ın Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılarak ortaya konmaya çalışılmış ve analiz kapsamında 105 muhasebe meslek üyesine yapılan anket çalışması ile elde edinilen veriler çeşitli istatistiksel yöntemler ile ortaya konulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmalarda, insanlarla sürekli diyalog halinde olan meslek gruplarında tükenmişlik sendromunun daha fazla olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

One of occupational groups with the highest burnout sydrome is the members of the Accounting profession. Within the scope of the study, the articles on the knowledge levels of burnout syndrome and the reseacrhes about syndrome were examined empiricically. The most common common problem in all the studies conducted in different provinces was that the burnout syndrome was experienced in the Professional accountants. As a result of this study,questions about professional perceptions were obtained by face-of-face questionnaires to the professional members of the accounting profession in Sivas center,and the level of burnout syndrome levels were tried to be determined by usind Maslach’s Burnout Scale.The data obtained from the questionnaire were presented with various statistical methods. It was found that burnout syndrome is more common in occupational groups which are in constant communication with people.
