Ailesi Yanında Sosyo-Ekonomik Olarak Desteklenen Çocukların Aile İşlevlerinin Değerlendirilmesi: Tunceli Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma Tunceli Aile, Çalışma ve Sosyal Hizmetler İl Müdürlüğünce sosyo-ekonomik olarak desteklenen çocukların aile işlevlerini incelemiştir. Çalışmada karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Nicel araştırmada; toplam 69 çocuğa Aile Değerlendirme Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Araştırma koruma altında olan toplam 13, koruma altında olmayan 56 çocuk ile yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırmada; Aile Değerlendirme Ölçeği uygulanan çocuklardan koruma altında olan 7, koruma altında olmayan 8 çocuğun bakımını üstlenen ebeveynleriyle yüzyüze görüşülmüş, ve problem çözme, iletişim, roller, duygusal tepki verebilme ve gereken ilgiyi gösterme alt ölçekleri paralelinde yarı yapılandırılmış beş soru yöneltilmiştir. Nicel çalışmada; Problem çözme, iletişim, roller, duygusal tepki verebilme, gereken ilgiyi gösterme, davranış kontrolü ve genel işlevler alt ölçekleri üzerinden yapılan araştırmada, puan ortalaması en yüksek gereken ilgiyi gösterme alt boyutu (2,27) olduğu saptanmıştır. Buna göre örneklem gurubunu oluşturan çocukların gereken ilgiyi görmedikleri algısına sahip oldukları anlaşılmıştır. Nitel çalışmada da ebeveynlerden birinin ilgisiz davrandığı örneklem gurubu tarafından ifade edilen ortak bir sorun olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Diğer alt boyutların puan ortalaması 2’nin altındadır. Dolaysıyla bu alt boyutlar örneklem gurubunun çok kötü aile işlevlerine sahip olmadıkları algısına sahip olduklarını göstermektedir. Nitel çalışmada koruma altında olan ve olmayan çocukların aileleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamış, roller ve gereken ilgiyi gösterme hariç problem çözme, iletişim ve duygusal tepki verebilmede sorun yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir.

This study examined the family functions of children who are socioeconomically supported by the Tunceli family provincial directorate of labor and social services. The mixed method was used in the study. In quantitative research; A total of 69 children were administered the Family Rating Scale. The research was conducted with a total of 13 children under protection, 56 not under protection. In qualitative research; The parents of 7 children who were under protection from the children under the Family Rating Scale were interviewed face-to-face with their parents, and five quasi-structured questions were raised in parallel with problemsolving, communication, roles, emotional response, and showing interest. In the quantitative study; In the research conducted on the problem solving, communication, roles, emotional response, showing the required attention, behavior control and general functions sub-scales, it was found that the mean score was the highest interest sub-dimension (2,27). According to this, it was understood that the children in the sample group had the perception that they did not see the necessary attention. In the qualitative study, it was found that one of the parents was a common problem expressed by the sample group who behaved irrelevant. The mean score of the other sub-dimensions is below 2. So these sub-dimensions show that the sample group has the perception that they do not have very poor family functions. In the qualitative study, it was found that there was no significant difference between the families of the children who were under protection and their families, and they experienced problems in problem solving, communication and emotional response, excluding the roles and the interest required.
