Makbul Olup Gayri Ma'mûlun Bih Olan Hadis Vevileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, makbul olup gayri ma’mûlun bih olan hadis nevîleri incelenerek, hadis usulü içerisindeki sistematiği ve konumu değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma, giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu, kapsamı, amacı ve kavramsal çerçeve ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, makbul olup gayri ma’mûlun bih olan hadis nevîlerinin hadis usulü içerisindeki oluşumu ve yeri ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, bu nevîleri oluşturan mensûh hadis, muztarib hadis, tevakkuf edilen hadisler, âmm ve mutlak manadaki hadisler ve mercûhun aleyh hadis nevîleri ayrı-ayrı ele alınarak, bu nevîlerin sistematiği ve sınırları, örneklerle ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, the hadiths types that accepted as hadith (maqbool) but not performed as rule (ghairu ma’mool-bih) are examined and its place in hadith literature are reviewed. The thesis consists of an exordium and two chapters. While in the exordium, the subject, scope, aim and conceptual framework of the study are mentioned. We have tried to offer some information about the development of “maqbool” but not “ma’mool-bih” concept in hadiths methodology İn the final chapter. In the second chapter, mansukh (abrogated), mudtarib (confused), tawaqquf (suspended), majrooh alaih (discredited) and āam and mutlaq (hadiths have general and certain meanings) hadiths as the source of mentioned maqbool and ghairu ma’mool-bih hadith are one by one with the example revisited by focusing on its systematics and limits.
