İflasın Ertelenmesi İşlemlerinin Muhasebeleştirilmesi

Abstract

İflas erteleme, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve İcra ve İflas Kanunu’nun çeşitli hükümlerinde belirtilerek, borç batağında bulunan ve bu durumdan kurtulma ümidi olan sermaye şirketleri ve kooperatiflerin, borçlarını ödeyebilme, ticari hayatlarına devam edebilme ve alacaklılarının haklarının korunması için oluşturulmuş bir kurumdur. İflasın ertelenmesi işlemlerinin muhasebeleştirilmesi isimli bu tez çalışmasında iflas, iflasın nedenleri, iflas kavramı, iflasın ertelenmesi kavramı, süreci ve bu işlemlerin Türk Ticaret Kanunu, İcra ve İflas Kanunu ve diğer kanunlar içerisindeki yeri irdelenecektir. Ayrıca iflas erteleme işlemlerinin gerçekleşebilmesi için mahkemeye sunulan borca batıklık bilançosunun hazırlanması için yapılması gereken muhasebe işlemleri hakkında bir örnek uygulama gerçekleştirilecektir.

In this thesis, accounting for the postponement of bankruptcy transactions, first of all, bankruptcy, the reasons of bankruptcy, the concept of bankruptcy, the concept of postponement of bankruptcy, the process and the place of these transactions in the Turkish commerical law and enforcement bankruptcy law and other laws be examined. Inaddition, an exemplary applicatıon will be carried out on the accounting procedures reguired for the preparation of the swamp balance of the debts of bankruptcy postponement proceedings before the court process.
