Laparoskopik kolesistektomilerde, postoperatif ağrı tedavisinde torakal epidural analjezi ile intramusküler petidinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, laparoskopik kolesistektomi vakalarında torakal epidural kateterden morfin ve bupivakain kombinasyonu ile, intramusküler petidinin postoperatif analjezik etkinliği karşılaştırıldı ve her iki metodun intestinal motilite üzerine etkileri araştırıldı. Birinci gruptaki VAS (Visual Analog Scale) değerleri, ikinci gruptan daha düşüktü (p<0.05). İlaveten analjezik gereksinimi de birinci grupta daha az oldu (p<0.05). Birinci gruptaki barsak peristaltizmi, ikinci gruptan daha erken görüldü (p<0.05). Epidural kateterden morfin ve bupivakain kombinasyonu postoperatif analjezi ve intestinal peristaltizmin daha erken dönmesinde etkili bir metottur.

In this study, postoperative analgesic effectiveness of intramuscular pethidine and combination of morphine and bupivacaine via thoracal epidural catheter was compared in laparoscopic cholecystectomy cases and also their effects on intestinal motility were investigated. The VAS (Visual Analog Scale) values in the first group were lower than of the second group (p&lt;0.05). In addition requirement of analgesic was also lower in the first group (p&lt;0.05). In the first group intestinal peristaltism appeared earlier than of the second group (p&lt;0.05). Combination of morphine and bupivacaine via epidural catheter is an effective method for postoperative analgesia, and recovery of the intestinal peristaltism to normal is earlier.
