There are many plants used in the dyeing process in the vegetation grown in our country. Today, vegetable dyes have gained importance again. Herbal dyeing, which has been dealing with for centuries, has been abandoned with the emergence of chemical dyes, but today it has become preferred again. In this study, the colors resulting from the natural dyeing process made with the aeronautic plant (Alkanna tinctoria), which is among the medicinal aromatic plants, and the friction fastness, water drop and light fastness values on these colors were determined.tr
