Internet'te İşletmelere Yönelik Halkla İlişkiler ve Sivas'ta Web Sitesi Olan Kobi'ler Üzerine Bir Uygulama
Abstract
Internet which is kno\vn as a computer network provides information flow and communication. It is now used by millions of people and firms. The changing preferences of customers and increasing competitin force many fırms to apply new technologies especially using the internet. The firms need to contact their customers directly. Internet is the cheapest and the easiest way to contact with the customers. The internet also offers the possibility of alternative access and contact for customers of the fırms. For instance, fırms can contact with customers directly by e-mail, web (www), electronic cards, nevvsgroup ete. The aim of this study is to examine ideas and opinions of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME's) vvhich have web sites on the internet in Sivas. These ideas and opinions are concerned with public relations at the internet, in addition. an another aim of the this study to determine vvhat kind of internet service tools (ftp, electronic cards, e-mail. \vvvw, newsgroups, sponsorship. mailing list ete) are used by firms. For the purposes of this study questionnaire were prepared and face to face interviews were made with managers of the SME's in Sivas.
