| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, içerisinde su bulunan dikdörtgensel bir soğu depolama tankına farklı pozisyonlarda yerleştirilen silindirin buz oluşumuna etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla FLUENT paket programı yardımıyla akış alanının sayısal çözümü zamana bağlı şekilde elde edilerek, sıcaklık değişimi ve buz oluşumu görselleştirilmiştir. Tank içerisindeki su sıcaklığı 273 K, 277 K ve silindir yüzey sıcaklığı 263 K kabul edilerek, tüm modeller için buz alanın silindir kesit alanına oranı ve sıcaklık dağılımları elde edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present study, it is aimed to compare the effect of position of cylinder placed in a rectangular ice storage tank filled with water. For this aim Fluent package program was used to solve the flow domain numerically and temperature distribution and ice formation depending on time were illustrated. Water temperature in the tank and cylinder surface temperature were assumed as 273 K, 277 K and 263 K respectively and ratio of ice area to cross sectional area of cylinder and temperature distribution were determined for all geometries. | en_US |
