Pulmoner langerhans hücreli histiyositoz

Abstract

Pulmoner Langerhans hücreli histiyositoz, akciğerlerin Langerhans olarak bilinen hücrelerle infiltrasyonu ile karakterize nadir bir interstisyel akciğer hastalığıdır. Özellikle genç ve sigara içenlerde görülür. Hastalıkta yüksek çözünürlüklü bilgisayarlı tomografi görünümü genellikle tipiktir. Açık akciğer biyopsisi kesin tanıyı koymakta en önemli yöntemdir. Burada açık akciğer biyopsisi ile tanı konulan iki Langerhans hücreli histiyositozlu olguyu sunmaya çalıştık.

Pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis is an uncommon interstitial lung disease that results from the accumulation of cells known as Langerhans cells in the lung. It primarily affects young smokers. High resolution chest computed tomography findings are typical for the disease. Open lung biopsy is an effective method in the diagnosis of the disease. In the present report we describe two patients with pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis diagnosed by open lung biopsy.
