OSMANLI DEVLETİ 1845 TEMETTUAT DEFTERLERİ KAYITLARINDA İBRALA KARYESİ

Abstract

Temettuat defterleri 1840 ve 1845 yıllarında olmak üzere iki defa hazırlanmıştır. Osmanlı coğrafyasının merkeze yakın yerleşim yerlerinde ve batısında iki kez tutulan defterler diğer bölgelerde ise bir kez 1845 yılında hazırlanmıştır. Temettuat defterlerinde hanelerin bulunduğu yerleşim yeri, mahallesi, hane reisinin ve diğer çalışanların meslekleri ve kazanç kaynakları vardır. Bu bağlamda ekili ve ekili olmayan arazileri, gelir kazandıran hayvanları; ayrıca bu gelir kaynaklarından ne kadar gelir elde ettiği de kayıtlıdır. Defter kayıtlarında vergi kayıtları da mevcuttur. Defter kayıtlarında ağnam vergisi, vergi-yi mahsusa ve gayrimüslimlerin ödediği cizye kayıtları da mevcuttur.

Temettuat Registers wereprepared twice, one in 1840 and the other in 1845. The registers, which were kept twice in some areas of Ottoman Empire closer to the center or in the West part of it, were prepared only once for the other parts of the Empire. There are household areas, districts, the professions of the household head and the other people who had a job and their revenues in Temettuat Registers. In this sense, their cultivated and uncultivated lands and the animals which make the earn income were registered. In addition, it was also registered how much income they gained from these resources. Tax data were also included in these registers. There are also the records of Ağnam tax, vergi-yimahsusa records and cizye, the tax of non-muslim populations. In this study was carried out according to the book with number of ML. VRD. TMT. D. 10486 in Ottoman archives.
