İleri Yaş gebeliklerde biyopsikososyal sorunlar ve yaklaşımlar

Abstract

Anne ve/veya fetüsü gebelik, doğum ya da doğum sonrası dönemde komplikasyon gelişmesi açısından riskli duruma getiren; 19 yaş altı, 35 yaş üzeri, çok sayıda ve 2 yıldan az aralarla oluşan gebelikler, yüksek riskli gebelik olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Gebeliğin 35 yaş üzerinde meydana gelmesi ileri yaş gebelik olarak adlandırılmaktadır. İleri anne yaşı, anne, fetüs ve yenidoğan için doğum öncesi, doğum sırası ve doğum sonrası dönemde hastalık ve ölüm riski oluşturduğundan özel önem taşımaktadır. İleri yaş gebeliğe bağlı olarak, tıbbi sorunlar, kronik hastalıklar ve psikososyal sorunlar daha sık gözlenmekte olup anne ve bebek sağlığı üzerinde önemli riskler oluşturmaktadır. Bu derlemede ileri yaş gebeliklerde görülebilecek biyopsikososyal sorunlar ve ilgili yaklaşımlar ele alınmıştır

Pregnancies which create risks for the mother and/or the fetus during pregnancy by the development of complications during birth or the postnatal period are pregnancies which occur at ages below 19 and above 35, as multiple deliveries and with a sequence of less than two years. These pregnancies are considered as high-risk pregnancies. Advanced maternal age comprises pregnancies of ages 35 and over. Advanced maternal age has special importance since it poses disease or death risks for the mother, the fetus and the newborn during the prenatal period, birth or the postnatal period. Medical problems, chronic diseases, psychosocial problems are observed more frequently among pregnant women with advanced maternal age. Advanced maternal age may create serious problems on the health of the mother and the baby. In this study, biopsychosocial problems that may be observed in pregnant women of advanced maternal age and relevant approaches will be analyzed.
