Öğe Inter-rater Reliability of Infant Motor Profile in 3–24-Month-Old High-Risk Infants: Turkey Sample(AVES, 2020) Numanoğlu Akbaş, Ayşe; Çankaya, Özge; Seyhan, Kübra; Kerem Günel, MintazeObjective: Assessment of high-risk infants is critical for setting early physiotherapy needs and evaluating the effects of clinical practices. The aim of this study was to analyze the inter-rater reliability of the infant motor profile (IMP) performed on high-risk infants with different risk factors. Material and Methods: IMP videos of 47 infants (18 female and 29 male) with an average corrected age of 10.13±5.13 months were recorded. There were 56 videos in total; three pediatric physiotherapists scored five domains, namely variation, variability, symmetry, fluency, and performance. Spearman Correlation Analysis was used to evaluate the inter-rater reliability. Results: Considering the Spearman values for the inter-rater reliability, it was found that the values ranged between low (r=0.467) and very high (r=0.941). The highest reliability was very high (r= 0.898–0.929) for the domain of performance, and the lowest reliability was low-high (r=0.467–0.735) for the symmetry domain. The results of inter-rater reliability were acceptable for the IMP total score and all the domain scores in this study. Conclusion: These results show that the use of IMP by physiotherapists for the assessment of 3-24-month-old high-risk infants is reliable. We recommend that it be used in our country in determining early physiotherapy needs. © 2020 The authors.Öğe Participation into daily life of children with cerebral palsy with multidimensional perspectives: a study protocol(2019) Günel, Mintaze Kerem; Özcebe, Hilal; Arslan, Umut Ece; Akbaş, Ayşe Numanoğlu; Özal, Cemil; Çankaya, Özge; Seyhan, KübraPurpose: This research study aimed to examine the relationship between participation and quality of life with impairment andenvironment (physical, social and attitudinal) aspects in children aged 2-18 years with cerebral palsy (CP) according toframework of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. Methods: A population-based study of children with CP sampled from 9 different districts of metropolitan area in Ankara willparticipate. Children were visited in special education and rehabilitation centers and inclusive schools in Ankara and totally450 children with CP and their parents will be included. The project has two stages: translation, adaptation, validity andreliability study of Life Habits Questionnaire (LIFE-H) and determination of quality of life and participation levels and familialstatus. In the second stage, beside the LIFE-H, Child Health Questionnaire Parent Form-50 (CHQ-PF 50), Pediatric DisabilityInventory (PEDI), Pediatric Outcomes Data Collection Instrument (PODCI), Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL), Impacton Family Scale (IPFAM) and Measurement Process of Care- 56 (MPOC-56) will be used. Conclusion: This project is original in its methods by directly engaging children with CP and their families, while studying inquantitative terms the crucial outcomes of participation and quality of life.
