Öğe Dini Başa Çıkma Stratejilerinin Etik Dışı Organizasyon Yanlısı Davranışlar, Makyavelizm ve İfşa Üzerindeki Etkisi(Karabuk University, 2024) Ay, Ferda Alper; Karakaya, AbdullahBu çalışmanın amacı dini başa çıkma stratejilerinin etik dışı organizasyon yanlısı davranışlar, Makyavelizm ve ifşa etme eğilimi üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Veriler, tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle Türkiye’de kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan 371 kişiden çevrimiçi anket tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, faktör analizi, bağımsız örneklem t testi, ANOVA, Pearson korelasyon analizi ve çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulgularında, olumlu dini başa çıkmanın Makyavelizm ve etik dışı organizasyon yanlısı davranışlarda negatif etkisi olduğu, olumsuz dini başa çıkmanın ise Makyavelizm ve etik dışı organizasyon yanlısı davranışlarda pozitif etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. İfşa etme niyeti ile etik dışı organizasyon yanlısı davranışlar arasında negatif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Dini başa çıkma stratejilerinin ifşa etme niyetini etkilemediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim, medeni durum ve çalışılan sektör özelliklerine göre değişkenler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları, olumlu dini başa çıkma stratejilerinin örgüt içinde etik dışı organizasyon yanlısı davranışların ve Makyavelist davranışların azaltılmasında katkı sağlayabileceğini göstermektedir. Data was collected using an online survey technique from 371 people working in Turkey's public and private sectors by random sampling method. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, independent samples t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. In the findings of the study, it was determined that positive religious coping had a negative effect on Machiavellianism and unethical pro-organizational behaviors, while negative religious coping had a positive effect on Machiavellianism and unethical pro- organizational behaviors. A negative relationship was found between the intention to whistleblowing and unethical pro-organizational behavior. It was determined that religious coping strategies did not affect the intention to whistleblowing. The aim of this research is to investigate the future perspectives of steel producing companies in Karabuk. Kardemir Inc. as the first integrated iron and steel factory of the country and (30) rolling mills operating in Karabuk compose the universe of this research. A descriptive research model was used in the study. For this purpose, data that would be the basis for (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) SWOT analysis were obtained through interviews. Datas obtained were analyzed with descriptive analysis method. As a result of the research, it may be expressed that the enterprises in Karabuk have an extensive iron and steel culture, achieved product diversity success were able to gain competitive advantage through product differentiation in exports. However high energy, raw material and logistics costs, fluctuations in foreign exchange and raw material prices, terror and political instability in neighboring countries are considered to negatively affect the rapid growth of the sector in the future. This article aims to examine research trends and future research directions in the field of futures literacy. This article contains a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of futures literacy using the R program and VOSviewer tools with the Biblioshiny application of the bibliometrix package. This study identified 200 relevant studies published in the Scopus database until December 2023. As a result of the filtering, 87 relevant studies conducted between 2009 and 2023 were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the United Kingdom is the most cited country and leads the way in international cooperation efforts. “Poli R.” was determined as the most published author. Journals such as “Futures”, “European Journal of Futures Research” and “Journal of Futures Studies” stand out among the most published ones. The most frequently used keywords include “future prospect”, “literacy” and “learning”. The study results provide researchers and practitioners in the field of futures literacy with important insight into the current status, outstanding studies, and potential future developments. It also provides a comprehensive view of the importance of futures literacy, shedding light on future research directions.Öğe Relations Between Self-Leadership And Critical Thinking Skills(ELSEVIER SCIENCE BV, 2015) Ay, Ferda Alper; Karakaya, Abdullah; Yilmaz, Kasim; Ozsahin, MHaving the abilities of self leadership and critical thinking is one of the most important factors for present students to be effective in their future organizations by contributing their organizations' quality. The aim of this study is to research the general relations between sub-dimensions of university students' self leadership and critical thinking ability levels. By using Anderson and Prussia's (1997) Self Leadership Scale and Faciona & al's (The California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory), (1998) Critical Thinking Scale, 257 university students were surveyed, all of whom attends at their last semesters, secondary education at Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Science and Literature. Obtained datas were analyzed by using correlation and regression methods. The analysis show that while the students' self leadership levels are high, their critical thinking levels are moderate. A positive moderate correlation was found (r=0,426) between self leadership and critical thinking. The affects of self leadership dimensions on critical thinking were examined by regression analysis. These analysis show that there is a positive and meaningful relation between constructive thinking pattern strategies and natural reward strategies. (C) 2015 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
