    Comparison of E-Health Literacy Levels of University Students: A Study on Undergraduate and Graduate Students

    Aim: The Internet is a widely used tool among young people. In this study, it was planned to examine the competencies developed by university students who use the internet extensively within the scope of demographic data and to reveal their origin by determining the differences. Materials and Methods: In this study, data were collected from 260 health sciences faculty students and 69 health sciences institute students using the stratified sampling method. Data collection consists of two parts. In the first part, there are 8 questions in order to determine the introductory characteristics of the participants, and in the second part, the 8-item e-Health Literacy scale developed by Norman and Skinner (2006) and validated in Turkish by Coşkun and Bebiş (2015). Findings: Participants; It was determined that 74.5% were women, 79.9% were between the ages of 18-24, 79% had a bachelor's degree and 48% used the internet for 4 hours or more per day. It was determined that 80.9% of the participants received health information from the internet at least once. While the mean score of the scale was the lowest 8 and the highest 40 points, it was found to be 29.17 in our study. It was determined that 76.9% of undergraduate students and 95.7% of graduate students received health information from the internet. Conclusion: The study revealed that university students significantly benefited from internet-based resources in the stages of collecting, processing and evaluating information about their own health

    Diş hekimliği fakültelerinde maliyet analizi: Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi örneği

    Sağlık sektörünün, bireylerin ve toplumun isteklerini karşılamak için var olan kıt kaynakları etkin kullanması gerekmektedir. Bu etkin kullanım maliyetlerin kontrol altında tutulmasıyla sağlanabilir. Maliyetlerin kontrol altında tutulması hizmet sunumunda sürekliliği sağlayıp bireylerin ihtiyaç duyduğu sağlık hizmetini almasına yardımcı olacaktır. Bu çalışma Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesinde Diş Hekimliği Fakültesinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bir faaliyet dönemi içerisinde gerçekleşen idari, tıbbi ve mali kayıtlar toplanarak maliyet analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma belirli bir dönemi kapsadığı için kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı tiptedir. Veriler geriye dönük (retrospektif) olarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanması aşamasının gerekli görülen durumlarında uzman görüşlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler ışığında birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü dağıtım yapılmıştır. Giderlerin birinci dağıtımı yapılırken birimlere direkt yüklenen giderler direkt, direkt yüklenmenin mümkün olmadığı durumlarda ise uygun dağıtım anahtarları yardımıyla dağıtım yapılmıştır. Birinci dağıtım sonucunda giderlerin %82,02'sinin esas üretim gider yerlerinde toplandığı saptanmıştır. İkinci dağıtımda kademeli dağıtım yöntemi kullanılarak genel yönetim gider yerleri ve yardımcı hizmet gider yerleri esas üretim ve yardımcı üretim yerlerine dağıtılmıştır. İkinci dağıtım sonucunda giderlerin %92,86'sının esas üretim gider yerlerinde toplandığı saptanmıştır. Üçüncü dağıtımda yardımcı üretim gider yerleri esas üretim gider yerlerine dağıtılmıştır. Üçüncü dağıtım sonucunda klinikler için hasta başı birim ve ortalama hasta başı maliyet hesaplanmıştır. Ortalama hasta başı maliyetin 100,44 ?olduğu saptanmıştır. Giderlerin dağılımı incelendiğinde ise toplam hastane giderinin %9,99'u direkt ilk madde malzeme giderlerinden, %76,9'u personel giderlerinden ve %13,92'si genel yönetim giderinden oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Yine toplam giderler içerisinde personel giderlerinin büyük bir pay oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Bunun sebebi ise sağlık kurumlarının emek yoğun sektör olmasından kaynaklanmaktadır.     EFFECTS OF THE URBAN IMAGE ON THE DESTINATION IMAGE IN HEALTH TOURISM: THE CASE OF SIVAS

    This study aims to determine the effects of urban image on destination image in terms of health tourism. The population of this research, which is designed as a descriptive and cross-sectional type, consists of people over 18 years of age living in Sivas province center. 387 people were included in the sample of the study, and 387 people were reached. Survey method was used as data collection tool. The questionnaire consists of three parts; urban ​​image scale, destination image scale and questionnaire form designed to measure the introductory information of the participants. The data were evaluated using SPSS 21 statistical analyses, correlation and regression analyses. 51% of the participants are male, 33.1% are public employees, 58.7% have bachelor’s degree and 19.9% ​​have 1604-2000₺ monthly income. 75.6% of the participants stated that they have gone to the thermal center before, and 43.6% reported that the purpose of the trip to the thermal resort was vacation. The perceptions of urban image and destination image of the participants were found to be above the average. According to the correlation analysis, there is a positively moderate correlation between urban image and destination image. The result of regression analysis is that the urban image influences the image of the region.
