Data were collected from 687 public school teachers. The results showed that the combined effect of knowledge sharing and faculty trust in principal mediated the relationship between teachers' distributed leadership perceptions and continuous change behaviours. The directions of the coefficients of the relationships between the independent variable and the dependent variable suggested that higher distributed leadership perception leads to increased knowledge sharing and trust in principal, which in turn was associated with greater continuous change behaviours. The study showed that school systems have an extensive capacity for self-improvement, even in the absence of a pre-developed change plan.Öğe The validity and reliability study of school administrators' Ethical Leadership Scale(2012) Uğurlu, Celal Teyyar; Sincar, MehmetBirbirinden farklı çalışma alanlarına sahip örgütlerde ortaya çıkan problemlerin nedenleri arasında bu kurumlarda yönetici olarak görev yapan kişilerin doğru-yanlış tutum ve davranışları önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Ayrıca ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0,973 olarak hesaplanmıştır.Öğe The Views Of Teachers Towards Perception Of Discipline In Schools(ELSEVIER SCIENCE BV, 2015) Ugurlu, Celal Teyyar; Beycioglu, Kadir; Kondakci, Yasar; Sincar, Mehmet; Yildirim, Cevat; Ozer, Niyazi; Oncel, Aziz; Alevriadou, ADescribing the perception of discipline for teachers from teachers' perspectives constitutes the purpose of this study.
