dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Türkiye'deki kooperatif ve birlik yapısı incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın ana kurgusunu daha önce yapılmış çalışmalar ve özellikle yazarın daha önce 8 yıl damızlık sığır yetiştiricileri merkez birliğinde soy kütüğü, döl kontrolü ve koruyucu hekimlik alanında çalıştığı dönemdeki tecrübeleri ile 197 kooperatif ve 120 birlik üyesiyle yapılan saha görüşmeleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada kooperatiflerin ve birliklerin henüz istenen örgütlülük yapısına ulaşamadığı, yetiştiriclerin bu yapıları ekonomik destek aldıkları bir yer olarak gördükleri ve yeterince aidiyetlik hissetmedikleri tespit edilmiştir. Kooperatif ve birliklerin genel yapıları, mevcut sorunları tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve bu sorunlar için çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, an examination of the cooperative and union structure in Turkey was conducted. The study's main structure includes previous research and the author's personal experience in the field of herd book, progeny testing, and preventive medicine for 8 years in a cattle breeding center union. Additionally, field interviews with 197 cooperatives and 120 union members were conducted. The results of the study indicate that cooperatives and unions have yet to achieve their desired organizational structure, and that breeders view these structures primarily as sources of economic support rather than feeling a strong sense of belonging. The study aimed to identify the general structures of cooperatives and unions, as well as current problems, and to develop solutions for these issues.
