AMASYA İL HALK KÜTÜPHANESİNDE BULUNAN NADİR FIKIH ESERLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Amasya İl Halk Halk Kütüphanesinde yer alan fıkıh alanındaki eserler usûl ve fürû alanında incelenmiştir. Başka kütüphanelerde bulunmayan fıkıh usûlü ve furû-ı fıkıh alanında 67 eser bulunmaktadır. Fıkıh usulü alanında 5 tane metin, 6 tane de şerh bulunmaktadır. Fürû-ı fıkıh alanında 37 tane metin, 16 tane şerh ve 3 tane de hâşiye yer almaktadır. Eserlerin istinsah tarihleri, müstensihlerin mezhebi ve eserin teknik özelliklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Nüshaların tamamlanması ve çalışmaya konu olması itibariyle değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Eserler tanıtıldıktan sonra müelliflerin hayatı, eserleri veya hakkında çalışma varsa bunlar da zikredilmiştir. Hakkında çalışma bulunmayan eserler, akademik çalışma yapmak isteyenlerin önüne kapı aralayacaktır. Literatürümüzde bulunup ama varlığı bilinmeyen eserler anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.

The written sources of a nation hold significant value in the development of science and technology and in the construction of civilization. Manuscripts are important because they carry the knowledge, culture, and experiences that form the roots of society. The wealth of information contained in these manuscripts and the yet-to-be-uncovered treasures they hold are valuable for the future of societies. Our country is among those with rich collections of manuscripts. The Amasya Provincial Public Library is one such library with manuscript collections. This study aims to introduce the manuscript fiqh works in the Amasya Provincial Public Library and to identify works that have not yet been the subject of research. Due to the fact that each work merits a study of its own, brief information about the works is provided. Introducing the ancient manuscripts on the principles and branches of fiqh in the Amasya Provincial Public Library and providing new perspectives based on these source works will benefit our fiqh literature. Moreover, the interpretations made by Ottoman scholars on classical texts will shed light on the intellectual world of contemporary scholars. Works that have not been studied will open doors for those wishing to undertake academic research.
