dc.description.abstractÜretilen mal ve hizmetler için katlanılan bazı maliyetleri önceden kestirmek güç olmakla beraber işletmeler belirsiz şartlarda karar vermek zorunda kalmaktadır. Rekabet ortamında işletmeler varlıklarını sürdürmek için doğru ve güvenilir maliyet tahminlemesine ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu çalışma ile bir Üniversite Hastanesi Kardiyoloji bölümü için 2018 yılının ilk 6 aylık verileri bulanık mantık yöntemi ile modellenerek maliyet tahminlemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hastanenin Kardiyoloji bölümünün 2018 yılı ilk 6 ayı için maliyeti 2 milyon 800 bin lira iken bulanık mantık yöntemi ile yapılan modelleme sonucunda, söz konusu bölümün maliyeti 2 milyon 840 bin lira tahmin edilmiştir.  Araştırma sonucunda oluşturulan modelin, hastanenin gerçek maliyet tutarına oldukça yakın bir sonuç tahminlediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca modelin başarısını test edebilmek amacı ile Kardiyoloji bölümüne ait veriler kullanılarak tahmin yapılmış ve gerçek verilerle karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar modelin yüksek düzeyde başarı gösterdiğini ve işletmeler tarafından başarı ile uygulanabileceğini göstermektedir.
dc.description.abstractAlthough it is difficult to predict some of the costs incurred for the manufactured goods and services, businesses have to make their decisions in uncertain conditions. Businesses in a competitive environment to sustain their assets need accurate and reliable cost estimation. Through this study, by the help of fuzzy logic method, modelling the data of the first 6 months of 2018 in a university hospital cardiology department, its cost estimation has been calculated. While the cost of the cardiology department of the hospital for the first 6 months of 2018 is 2 million 800 thousand liras, as a result of modelling it by fuzzy logic method, the cost of the department is forecasted at 2 million 840 thousand liras. The model created at the end of the research is seen to have estimated the cost of the hospital which is very close to the actual cost. In addition, the result was tested using the data from the department of cardiology in order to test the success of the model and this was compared with actual data. The results show that the model is highly successful and can be applied successfully by the enterprises.
