Results: In the pre-pandemic periods, the total number of elderly patients diagnosed with fractures is 509. 57.0% of the patients are women. The average age was founded as 76.7± 8.2 (65 - 106).The most common type of accidents that cause fractures with 85% are low energy trauma injuries. 70.9% of the elderly admitted with fractures underwent surgical intervention. The total number of patients diagnosed with fractures is 736 during the pandemic period. 53.3% are women.
