Adenomatous hyperplasia of the rete testis is an uncommon lesion that has recently been described. Macroscopically examined is solid or cystic mass, which was located in the hilus of the testis, howe-wer, many of cases find incidental in light microscopy. Our case did not presente with a grossly identifiable testicular mass, neverthless, adenomatous hyperplasia was an incidental microscopic from orchiectomy specimen. Microscopically, the hyperplasia consisted of tubulopapiller epithelial proliferation of rete testis. The lining cells were cuboidal to low columnar and lacked nuclear pleomorphism or mitotic figures. We are presented immunohistochemical staining (sitokeratin: slightly positive staining, vimentin, desmin, S-100, AFP: negative) was showed similar features to those of nonhyperplastic rete testis epithelium and some malignancy of testis, and compared findings with literature.en_US
