| dc.description.abstract | Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs Kalp ve Damar Cerrahisi Kliniğinde sempatektomi uygulanan 106 hastanın kayıtları retrospektif olarak incelendi. Hastaların 85'ine (%80.1) lumbal sempatektomi yapıldı. Bunların 42'sine (%49.4) bilateral, 24'üne (%28.2) sol, 19'una (%22.3) sağ taraftan girişim uygulandı. Torakal sempatektomi yapılan hastaların ise (n=18), 9'una (%50) sol açık torakotomi, 8'ine (%44.4) sağ açık torakotomi, 1'ine (%8.3) bilateral sempatektomi, 3'üne (%3) video torakoskopik sempatektomi uygulandı. Sempatektominin halen geçerli bir yöntem olduğu gözlendi. Konu ile ilgili literatürler gözden geçirildi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The registration of 106 patients with sympathectomy at the Cardiovascular Clinic in Cumhuriyet University are analysed retrospectively. 85 (80.1%) patients had lumbal Sympathectomy. 42 (49.4%) patients had bilateral, 24 (28.2%) left and 19 (22.3%) right interventions. In the patients who had thoracic sympathectomy (n=18), 9 (50%) patient had left open thoracotomy 8 (44.4%) right open thoracotomy, 1 (8.3%) bilateral sympathectomy, 3 (3%) Video Assist Thoracoscopy.
