| dc.description.abstract | Dişeti çekilmeleri estetik görünümdeki bozulmanın yanısıra fonksiyonel sorunlara da yolaçabilir. Bu nedenle dişeti çekilmeleri çeşitli mukogingival cerrahi tekniklerle tedavi edilmeye çalışılır. Mukogingival operasyonlar sonrası iyileşmenin takibinde kan akımındaki değişikleri noninvaziv olarak ölçebilen yeni bir teknik Laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF) kullanılabilir. Bu vaka raporunda açık kök yüzeyini kapatmak aynı zamanda yapışık dişeti bandı oluşturmak amacıyla uygulanan Serbest Dişeti Grefti (SDG) ve Laterale Kaydırılan Flep(LKF) operasyonu sonrası diş ve dişeti kanlanmasının 16 ay süreyle LDF cihazıyla takibi sunulmuştur. | en_US |
