Seyyid Ahmed Muhtâr Belhî Hayatı, Eserleri ve Tasavvufî Görüşleri

Abstract

Osmanlı’nın son ve Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarında yaşamış olan, hem HamzavîMelâmîliğinin son temsilcisi hem de Murâd Buhârî Dergâhı’nın son Nakşbendî postnişîni olan Seyyid Ahmed Muhtâr Belhî’nin hayatı, eserleri ve tasavvufî görüşlerini incelediğimiz tezimiz, Horasan’dan Anadolu topraklarına intikal eden tasavvufta melâmet ekolünün tarihten süzülerek aldığı son şeklini ortaya koymaktadır. Seyyid Ahmed Muhtâr, yaşadığı dönemin önemli sûfîlerinden kabul edilen ve bir süre de Özkend melikliği yapan Seyyid Burhâneddin Kılıç’ın soyundan gelen, Belh’den Anadolu’ya göç edip ve İstanbul’da Sultan Abdülaziz Han tarafından himâye edilen, Murâd Buhârî Dergâhı’nda yeni bir çevre ve çehre ile ilmî ve tasavvufî faaliyetlerde bulunan Nakşibendî-Mevlevî Seyyid Süleyman Kundûzî’nin torunu ve Nakşibendî-Mevlevî irfânını Melâmîlik çatısı altında hikmet merkezli bir sûfî anlayışı ile bütünleştirmiş olan Seyyid Abdülkâdir Belhî’nin oğludur. Seyyid Ahmed Muhtâr, rüştiyede okuyan bir talebe, geçimini memurluktan sağlayan bir âile reisi, iyi derecede yabancı dil bilen batı ve doğu kültürüne âşina bir entellektüel, yaptığı tercümelerle ilim dünyasına katkı sağlayan bir mütercim, âyin-i şerifleri icrâ ve içerik olarak takip eden bir Mevlevî, İstanbul’un en önemli mânevî müesseselerinden Murâd Buhârî Dergâhı’nın son Nakşbendî şeyhi olan çok yönlü bir şahsiyettir. Bu araştırmamızda materyal olarak müellife ait el yazması nüshalar, yazma eser kütüphanelerinde bulunan eserleri ve diğer müelliflerin eserlerinde geçen ilgili konuları topladık. Elde edilen eserlerinin ve hayatı ile ilgili bilgilerin incelenmesi sonucunda, aynı konularla ilgili diğer eserlerle de karşılaştırarak yorumlar yaptık.

This thesis in which the life, works and sufi views of Sayyid Ahmad Mukhtar Balkhi, who was the last representative of hamzavi-melamism and the last Naqshbandi postnishin of Murâd Bukhârî Dargah and lived in the last years of Ottoman and in the early years of the Republic were studied, reveals the final form of the melâmet school which has been filtered from history in Sufism and transferred from Khorasan to Anatolian lands. Sayyid Ahmad Mukhtar was grandson of Naqshbandî-Mawlavî Sayyid Sulaiman al-Qunduzi who was a descendant of Sayyid Burhan al-Din Qılıc, who was accepted as one of the most important Sufis of his time and who had been the melik of Özkend for a while and emigrated from Balkh to Anatolia and was patronized by Soltan Abdolaziz Khan in Istanbul and was engaged in scientific and mystical activities with a new environment and face in Murad Bukhari Dervish Lodge and son of Sayyid Abd al-Qadir Balkhi who integrated the Naqshbandi-Mawlavi wisdom into a wisdom-centered Sufi understanding under the roof of Melâmism. Sayyid Ahmad Mukhtar was a miscellaneous person who was a student at the Ottoman Junior high school, a head of family living off being a civil servant, an intellectual who is familiar with Western and Eastern culture with fluent foreign languages, a translator who contributes to the scientific world with his translations, a Mevlevi person who follows the ayin-i sheriffs in execution and content, the last Naqshbandi sheikh of Murad Bukhari Dargah which was one of the most important spiritual institutions of Istanbul. In this research, as a material, manuscript copies of the author, his works in manuscript libraries and related subjects mentioned in the works of other authors were obtained. As a result of the analysis of the obtained works and information about his life, comments were made by comparing them with other works on the same subjects.
