Türkiye’deki Ağız Ve Diş Sağlığı Politikalarının İncelenmesi Ve Yeni Model Önerisi: Bir Kamu Hastanesi Örneği

Abstract

Ağız ve diş sağlığı hizmetleri eskiye göre iyileşmekle birlikte hala bazı sorunlar bulunmaktadır. Araştırmada mevcut sistemdeki problemler tespit edilerek daha iyi bir model önerisi getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Ülkemizdeki ağız ve diş sağlığı sistemi birçok açıdan araştırılmış, dünyadaki diğer ülkelerdeki sistem ve modeller incelenmiştir. Yapılan anket çalışması ile çeşitli sorunlarla ilgili veriler ortaya konmuştur. Araştırma için öncelikle etik kurulundan izin alınmıştır. Ölçek olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket Sivas Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Hastanesi içerisinde çalışan tüm diş hekimlerine uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda alınan veriler SPSS 22.0 ile değerlendirilmiştir. Anketin yapıldığı dönemde Sivas Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Hastanesi’nde çalışan diş hekimi sayısı 63 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ankete katılanların yaş ortalamasının 35,81, en düşük yaşın 24, en yüksek yaşın 54, standart sapmanın 8,62; ortalama hizmet süresinin 11,71 yıl, en düşük hizmet süresinin 1 yıl, en yüksek hizmet süresinin 32 yıl, standart sapmanın 8,41 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ankete katılan erkek oranı %38,8, kadın oranı %61,2; anket katılım oranı %77,78 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yanılma düzeyi 0,05 olarak alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak, ülkemizin gerçeklerine uygun, dünya standartlarında kaliteli bir ağız ve diş sağlığı sistemi için yeni bir modele ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.Yeni modelde toplumun sorunlarına çözüm bulunmalı, çalışan mutluluğu gözetilmeli, bilimsel çalışmalara önem verilmelidir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda sorunlar tespit edilerek çeşitli çözüm ve öneriler ortaya konmuştur. Sorunların tespiti ve yeni model için daha birçok bilimsel araştırmaya ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Tespit edilen sorunlara tüm paydaşların fikri alınarak çözümler getirilmelidir.

Oral and dental health service is getting better than before, but is still has some problems. The aim of this study is to identify problems in the current system and to provide model proposal. The oral and dental health system in our country has been investigated in many respects and the system models in other countries in the world have been examined. With the survey study, data were presented in various problems. Firstly, permission recevied from the ethics board for research. The questionnaire form was used as a scale. The quastionnaire was applied to all dentists working at the Sivas Oral and Dental Health Hospital. The data received as a result of the application were evaluated with SPSS 22.0. The number of dentists working at Sivas Oral and Dental Health Hospital was 63 at the time of the survey. The mean age of the participants was 35.81, the lowest age was 24, the highest age was 54, the standard deviation was 8.62; the average service life was 11.71 years, the lowest service period was 1 year, the highest service life was 32 years and the standard deviation was 8.41. The proportion of men participating in the survey was 38.8%, female rate 61.2%; survey participation rate was determined as 77.78%. The error level was taken as 0.05. As a result, we need a new model for world-class quality oral and dental health system in accordance with the realities of our country. In the new model, solutions to the problems of the society should be found, employee satisfaction should be taken into consideration and scientific studies should be given importance.As a result of the evaluation of the data, problems were identified various solutions and suggestions were put forward.Many scientific studies are needed for the detection of problems and for the new model. Solutions should be brought to the determined problems by taking the idea of all stakeholders.
