| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada performans ve performansın temel kavramları olan etkinlik,
verimlilik kavramları açıklanmış, performansın ölçüm metotları üzerinde durulmuştur.
Çok kriterli problemlerde etkinliğin ölçülmesi ve kriterlerin önem derecesini
belirlemek için Analitik Hiyerarşi Sürecine (AHP) başvurulmuştur.
Performans ölçüm metotlarından biri olan Veri zarflama Analizi yardımı ile
2008-2017 yılları arası Türkiye‟deki bankaların etkinlik seviyesi ölçülmüştür. Banka
etkinliği için belirlenen kriterler AHP yardımı ile ağırlıklandırılarak daha sonra Ağırlıklı
VZA yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Bankaların etkin sınırları saptanmıştır. Etkin olmayan
kriterler için potansiyel iyileştirilmesi yoluna gidilmiştir. | tr |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, basic concepts of performance and performance, efficiency,
efficiency concepts are explained and performance measurement methods are
emphasized.
In multi-criteria problems, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to
measure the effectiveness and to determine the importance of the criteria.
The level of activity of banks in Turkey between the years 2008-2017 by one of
the methods of performance measurement data envelopment analysis that help was
measured. The criteria determined for the Bank's activity were weighted with the help of
AHP and then the weighted DEA method was used. Effective limits of banks were
determined. Potential improvement was made for ineffective criteria. | tr |
