İslam Mezheplerinde Emr-i Bi'l Ma'rûf ve Nehy-i An'il Münker Yöntemi

Abstract

Toplumun devamlılığı için “emri bil maruf ve nehyi anil münker prensibi” son derece öneme sahip bir ilkedir. Kur‟an-i bir ilke olan bu prensip İslam mezhepleri tarafından doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. İslam Mezhepleri emri bil maruf ve nehyi anil münkerin vücubiyyeti konusunda ittifak etmişler, bu ilkenin uygulanış tarzı noktasında kendi aralarında ayrılığa düşmüşlerdir. Araştırmamızda emr-i bi‟l-ma‟rûf nehy-i an‟il-münker prensibinin İslam mezhepleri tarafından ele alınışı ve uygulanış biçimi anlatılmıştır. Araştırma giriş ve bir bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın muhtevası, kapsamı, yöntemleri ve kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Daha sonra kavramsal olarak maruf ve münker kavramları etimolojik olarak ele alınmıştır. Kur‟an ve Sünnette emr-i bi‟l ma‟ruf ve nehyi ani‟l münker prensibini içeren ayet ve hadisler verilmiş ve açıklamaları yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde ise öncelikli olarak ele alınan mezheplerin oluşumu ve temel özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra bu mezheplerin emr-i bi‟l-ma‟rûf nehy-i an‟il-münker uygularken kullandıkları yöntemler aktarılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde konuyla ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak mezheplerin kullandığı yöntemlere değinilmiştir.

The principle of commonding good things and prohibiting evil is an important principle for individuals tol ive in peace and prosprerity. It will be through this principle that the prohibition of evil that have emerged in society and the attempt through the good amanog the people. For this reason, this principle has been addressed directly or indirectly by İslamic sects. Even though İslamic sects agree on the existnence of this principle( amr bi‟l ma‟ruf wa nahy ani‟l- munkar), they differed in the way of the principle was applied. In this research, the principle of commarding good and prohibiting evil has been examined in terms of its addressing and applying. The research consists of an introduction and a chapter. In the introduction part, the content, scope, methods and sources of the research are given. Afterwards, then conceptually, the term of goodness( ma‟ruf) and evil ( munkar) were handled etimologically. In the Qur'an and Sunnah, verses and hadiths that contain the principle of emir-i bil ‟ma‟ruf and nehyi ani‟l munker are given and explained. In the first chapter, firstly, emergence of sects and their basic principles were informed after that the method of applying of this principle by the Islamic sects was explained. In the conclusion, the method of Islamic sects was referred by making general evaluations.
