198 Nolu Edirne Şeriye Siciline Göre Edirne'de Sosyal Ve Ekonomik Hayat

Abstract

Bu tez, 198 numaralı Edirne Şer’iyye Sicili’ne göre Edirne’deki sosyoekonomik hayata dair bilgiler ihtiva etmektedir. Sicil, Hicri 1191-92, Miladî 1777- 1778 yıllarını kapsamaktadır. Sicilin orijinali, BOA’da bulunmaktadır. Tezimiz, önsöz, giriş ve bunların dışında dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kadılığın teşekkülü, Osmanlı’daki statüsü, görevleri, tayinleri gibi genel olarak sicillerin kayda geçmesinden ve muhafazasından sorumlu olan “kadılar” ve “kadılık sistemi” hakkında bilgiler verdik. İkinci bölümde belgelerin özetleri verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise sicilde geçen yer, bölge, mahalle, köy, vakıf, eşya, unvan gibi tarama metoduyla elde edilebilecek bilgileri bir araya topladık. Son olarak dördüncü bölüm, belgelerden örnekler ve tablolar vererek, Edirne’nin ekonomik ve sosyal hayatına dair bilgiler verdiğimiz kısımdır. Burada Edirne’nin sosyal ve ekonomik hayatına dair birçok konu ele alınmış olup, tablolar ve sicilden örnekler verilmiştir. Sicilde toplam 82 sayfa ve 460 adet belge bulunmaktadır. Konu bakımından boşanma, evlenme, miras davaları, hakkın gasp edilmesi, vakıflarla ilgili problemler, Müslüman olan insanlar, tamir-onarım işlemleri, gayrimenkul satışları, şahıs terekeleri gibi birçok konuda bilgi bulunmaktadır.

This thesis contains information about socio-economic life in Edirne and according to 198 registery number in the sheriyya Edirne. The registry involved Exilic “1191-1192” and Christian Era “1777-1778”. The original of the register is in BOA. Our thesis consists of preface, introduction and four chapters. In the first part, we gave information about the “müslim judges” and “Muslim judge system”, which are responsible for the registration and maintenance of the registries such as the formation of the kadism, its status in the Ottoman Empire, its duties and appointments. In the second part, summaries of the documents are given. In the third part, we gathered the information that can be obtained by scanning such as place, region, neighborhood, village, foundation, goods, title mentioned in the registry. Finally, the fourth part, is the evaluation part where we give information about the economic and social life of Edirne by giving examples and tables from the documents. Here, many issues related to the social and economic life of Edirne have been discussed, tables and examples from the registry are given. There are total 82 pages and 460 documents in the register. That it includes subjects such as divorce, marriage, inheritance lawsuits, extortion, problems with foundations, people who are Muslim, repair and repair operations, real estate sales, receivables, there is information on many issues.
