8 Numaralı Sivas Ahkâm Defteri’nin Transkripsiyonu Ve Değerlendirmesi (S. 1-141)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 8 Numaralı Sivas Ahkâm Defteri’ni konu almaktadır. Bu belge türü, Osmanlı Târihçiliği için önemli bir kaynak teşkil etmektedir. İncelenen defter, önceleri ‘’Eyâlet-i Rûm’’ olarak adlandırılan Sivas Eyâleti’ne âittir. Çalışmada ilk olarak Osmanlı Devleti’nin meclisi olan Dîvân-ı Hümâyun’a değinilmiştir. Burada her türlü meselenin kayda geçirildiği defter türleri kısaca açıklandıktan sonra Ahkâm Defterleri ayrıca ele alınmıştır. Ana bölümde 8 Numaralı Sivas Ahkâm Defteri şeklen tanıtılmış ve elde edilen hükümler zaman, mekan, konu ve kişilere göre dört ayrı başlık altında incelemeye tâbî tutulmuştur. Daha sonra ele alınan 285 sayfalık Sivas Ahkâm Defteri’nin ilk 141 sayfası transkribe edilmiştir.

This paper focuses on the 8 Numbered Sivas Ahkâm Registry. It can be said that this type of documents are essential sources for the Ottoman history. The registry, which examined, is belongs to Sivas state that called as "Eyâlet-i Rûm" in past. In first chapter, first of all, Dîvân-ı Hümâyun, which was the council of the Ottoman Empire, has been mentioned. After all type of registries, in which all kind of issues recorded, were explained briefly, Ahkâm Registries were addressed in particular. In main chapter, the 8-numbered Ahkâm registry has been introduced as shape/formally and obtained provisions were classified under 4 main titles in terms of date, place, subject, and people. Additionally, the first 141 pages of the 285-page Sivas Ahkâm Registry, which is mentioned in second chapter, were transcribed.
