dc.description.abstractÇalışma hayatında bireylerin ve örgütlerin en önemli ve aktüel problemlerinden birisi olan tükenmişlik sendromu, hem bireysel hem de örgütsel manada kritik sorunlar ortaya çıkartarak modern çalışma hayatını etkilemektedir. 1970’li yıllarda tanımlanan tükenmişlik sendromu, zamanla farklı çalışma alanlarında dikkat çeken bir konu olmuş ve bireyde meydana gelen tükenme durumu olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Psikolojik bir olgu olan tükenmişlik sendromunun birçok tanımı bulunmaktadır. Türk Dil Kurumu’nun yaptığı tanıma göre tükenmişlik gücünü yitirmiş olma, çaba göstermeme durumu olarak tanımlanmıştır. Tükenmişliği geniş manada öznel olarak yaşanan, duygusal taleplerin yoğun olduğu alanlarda uzun süre çalışmaktan kaynaklanan; çaresizlik, ümitsizlik duygusu, hayal kırıklığı; işe, işyerine diğer çalışanlara ve çevreye karşı olumsuz tavırların gelişmesi olarak tanımlayabiliriz. Bu çalışmada Sivas Barosuna kayıtlı, Sivas ili merkez ilçede yer alan avukatların tükenmişlik düzeyleri ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde tükenmişlik kavramının tarihsel süreçteki yeri ve tanımlanması üzerinde durulmuş, tükenmişlik ile ilgili kavramlar ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde literatür taraması neticesinde oluşan tükenmişlik modelleri, tükenmişlik sendromunun belirtileri ve tükenmişlik sendromuna neden olan faktörler detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Üçüncü ve dördüncü bölümde ise Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılarak Sivas Barosuna kayıtlı merkez ilçede yer alan avukatların tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile ilgili saha çalışmasına yer verilmiştir.tr
dc.description.abstractOne of the most important and actual problems of individuals and organizations in working life, Burnout Syndrome poses critical problems both in individual and organizational terms and affects modern working life. The burnout syndrome, which was defined in the 1970s, has become a subject of attention in different fields of study and has been evaluated as the burnout situation in the individual. There are many definitions of burnout syndrome which is a psychological phenomenon. According to the definition of the Turkish Language Association, burnout power is defined as a state loss of power and inability to exert any effort. Burnout is caused by a long period of subjective experience in a wide range of areas where emotional demands are intense; desperateness, hopelessness, frustration; dissatisfaction at work, and development of negative attitudes about the workplace, other employees and the environment. In this study, burnout levels of lawyers who are registered to Sivas Bar Association and located in central district of Sivas have been analyzed. The study consists of four parts. In the first part, the place and definition of the concept of burnout in the historical process has been emphasized and the concepts related to burnout have been tried to be put forward. In the second chapter, the burnout models, symptoms of burnout syndrome and the factors that cause burnout syndrome are examined in detail. In the third and fourth parts, the field study related to the burnout levels of lawyers registered to Sivas Bar Association and providing service in the central district, has been conducted by using Maslach Burnout Scale.tr
