Sivas Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde Faaliyet Gösteren İşletmelerde Çalışan İşçilerin Kalitesini Ve İşi Sevmesini Etkileyen Faktörlerin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı; Sivas Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde faaliyette bulunan işletmelerde çalışan işçilerin kalitesini etkileyen ve işlerini sevme düzeylerini belirleyen faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Bu araştırmada araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Sivas Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde çalışan 200 işçi oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında işçi kalitesini etkileyen faktörlerin ölçülmesini amaçlayan anket hazırlanmış ve bu anketten yararlanılarak araştırmanın bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada; Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde çalışan işçilerin kalitesini etkileyen faktörlerin neler olduğu ve bu faktörlerin işlerini sevip sevmeme oranını nasıl etkilediğini belirlemek, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi bulup yorumlamak amacıyla frekans dağılımları ele alınmış, ki-kare analizi ve lojistik regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; örneklemin değerleri ile aile gelir seviyesi ve teknolojik gelişmelerden yararlanma değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Medeni durum, eğitim durumu, işçi sayısı, teknolojik araçları takip etme düzeyi, teknolojik araçların yeterliliği gibi diğer değişkenlerin ise bireylerin işini sevme durumları üzerinde etkili olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

The aim of the research is to investigate the factors that affect the quality of the workers –who work at firms operating in Sivas Organized Industrial Zone- and determine the level of liking their jobs. In this survey, the working group of the study consists of 200 workers working in Sivas Organized Industrial Zone. In the collection of data, a questionnaire aiming to measure the factors affecting the quality of workers was prepared and the findings of the study were obtained by using this questionnaire. In the study; in order to determine the factors affecting the quality of workers working in the Organized Industrial Zone and how these factors affect the rate of liking or disliking their jobs, to find and interpret the relationship between the variables; frequency distributions were handled, chi-square analysis and logistic regression analysis were applied. As a result of the research, a significant relationship is found between the values of the sample and the variables of family income and utilization of technological developments. It is concluded that other variables such as marital status, education level, number of workers, level of following technological tools, adequacy of technological tools have no influence on individuals' liking their jobs.
