Çalışma Hayatında Verimli Çalışmayı Engelleyen Stres; Sivas’ta Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Stres günlük yaşamın bir gerçeğidir. Günümüzde, kişiler çalışma ortamında strese maruz kalmaktadırlar. Stres düzeyi kişiye göre farklılık gösterdiği gibi, çalışma ortamı ve çevresel koşullara göre de farklılıklar gösterir. Bu tez çalışmasında çalışma hayatında verimli çalışmayı engelleyen stres kaynakları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Strese sebep olabilecek durumlarla ilgili 40 soruluk anket hazırlanmış ve bu sorular cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, aylık gelir ve yaşa göre incelenmiştir. Hazırlanan anket soruları Sivas il merkezinde özel sektör serbest meslek sahipleri ve kamu sektöründen oluşan toplam 400 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde; tasviri istatistikler, iki bağımsız grubun ortalamalarının karşılaştırılmasında t testi, ikiden fazla grubun ortalamalarının karşılaştırılmasında tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) f testi, çoklu karşılaştırmada LSD, Tamhane’s T2 testleri kullanılmıştır.

Stress is a fact of daily life. Today, people are exposed to stress in the work environment. The level of stress varies according to the person and also according to the working environment and environmental conditions. In this thesis, the sources of stress which prevent efficient working in work life are tried to be determined. A questionnaire with 40 questions about the situations that may cause stress was prepared and these questions were examined according to gender, education level, monthly income and age. In the analysis of the obtained data, descriptive statistics, t test in comparison of the means of two independent groups, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) f test in comparison of the means of more than two groups, LSD in multiple comparison. Tamhane's t2 tests were used.
