dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada ticaret olgusunun Kur’ân bütünlüğü içerisinde ele alınması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde ticaretin kavramsal çerçevesini inceledik. İkinci bölümde ise Kur’ân’a göre dünyevî ticaret konusunu ele aldık. Son bölümde de Kur’ân’a göre ahirete yönelik ticaretin mana ve mahiyetini belirtmeye çalıştık. İnsan hayatının vazgeçilmez unsurları arasında yer alan ticaret, Kur’ân’da da geniş yer almış, konuyla ilgili birçok kavram kullanılmış, ilkeler ortaya konulmuştur. Kullanılan bu kavramlar, dünyevî ticareti ifade etmesinin yanında uhrevî ticaretin tasvirinde ve metafizik alanın anlatımında geniş bir yer kaplamıştır. Çalışmamız Kur’ân merkezli bir araştırma olması hasebiyle daha çok tefsir kaynaklarına müracaat edilmiş, hadis kitaplarına da bakılmıştır. Kadim kaynaklarımız başta olmak üzere zaman zaman da çağdaş eserlere başvurulmuştur. Ticaretin, kâr elde etmek amacıyla her türlü alım satım yapmak anlamına gelen tarifiyle Kur’ân’ın ticarete yüklediği anlam arasında çok fazla bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Kur’ân ticaret hususunda uyulması gereken birçok ilkeler belirlemiştir. Yapılan herhangi bir alışverişin karşılıklı rızaya dayanması ticarette en önemli esastır. Alım satım esnasında müsamaha, kanaat, sadâkat gibi güzel ahlak ilkeleri gözetilmeli, alışverişler için güven ortamı oluşturulmalıdır. Kur’ân, ekonomik faaliyetler esnasında anlaşmazlıkları en aza indirmek için şahitlik, kitabet ve gerekirse rehin gibi yollara başvurulmasını tavsiye etmiştir. Kur’ân ilkelerinin ortaya koyduğu ticaret anlayışında lüks ve israf yasaklanmıştır. Ödemelerin geciktirilmesi tasvip edilmemiştir. İbadetlere engel teşkil edecek ticarî etkinliklerden uzak durulması ve alım satım sırasında yeminden uzak durulması istenmiştir. Kur’ân piyango, alkollü içkiler, leş, kan, domuz eti, fuhuş ticaretini, fâizli alışverişleri yasaklamıştır. Zekât ve karz-ı hasen müessesesini fâize alternatif göstermiştir. Kur’ân ücret, kâr, kazanç, zarar, ziyan, hasar gibi alım satımla ilgili birçok kavramı ticarî söylem üzerinden uhrevî alana taşımıştır. Kur’ân ticareti sadece dünyevî bir olgu görmemiş, ticaretin uhrevî boyutundan söz etmiştir. Kur’ân, bu dünyada işlediğimiz her fiili, her davranışı, her ibâdeti, kısaca maddî manevî her tutum ve davranışı âhirette ücreti ödenecek bir yatırım aracı olarak görmüştür.tr
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, it is aimed to deal with the phenomenon of trade within the unity of the Qur'an. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first chapter, it is examined the Conceptual Framework of Trade. In the second chapter, it is discussed that according to the Quran Mundane Trade. In the last chapter, it is tried to indicate the meaning and content of the trade according to the Qur'an. Trade, one of the indispensable elements of human life, have a wide coverage in the Qur'an uses many concepts related with this subject and put forward principles. These concepts take up a wide space not only description of mundane trade but also depiction of Aft trade and expression of metaphysical field. Due to the fact that this thesis is a Qur'an-centered research it has been applied to sources of tafsir more often. The hadith books are also surveyed as they are needed. Occasionally, it has been made reference to actual works in particular classical sources. Trade which means to bring profit buying-selling has not different meaning than description of trade of Qur'an. The Qur'an defines a number of principles that must be obeyed in trade. Mutual consent is the most important basis for trade. During buying-selling it should be looked out for social ethics principles such as tolerance, austerity, trueness and formed environment of trust for trade. During economic activities the Qur'an recommends use of witness, writing of contract terms and if necessary pledge to minimize disagreements. According to description of trade in the Qur’an luxury and waste are forbidden. Delayed payments is not approved. It is requested that avoiding trading activities that may prevent worship and swear during the buying-selling. The Qur'an forbids lottery, alcoholic beverages, carrion, blood, pork, prostitution trade, buying-selling with interest and shows zakât and benevolent loan as an alternative way. The Qur'an carries many concepts related to buying-selling such as wage, profit, income, loss, detriment, damage to hereafter area over trade discourse. The Qur'an considers trade not only an mundane phenomenon but also talks about the hereafter dimensions of trade. The Qur'an regards every act, every behaviour, every worship briefly every moral and material attitude and behavior that we perform in this world as an investment instrument to be paid in the future life.tr
