Aşınma test yöntemleri ve gelişmeler

Abstract

Aşınmayı etkileyen pek çok faktör vardır. Bu faktörlerin çokluğu, ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerine de yansımıştır. Son yıllarda geliştirilen aşınma test yöntemleri genellikle bilgisayar desteklidir. Bilgisayar destekli ölçme ve değerlendirme; test süresi, test sayısı ve özellikle test değişkenlerinin kontrolünde, tartışmasız önemli üstünlükler sağlamıştır. Bu makalede, ultrasonik, mikroskopik, akustik emisyon, elektro-mağnetik ve radyonüklid teknolojik gibi, modern aşınma ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiştir.

There are many factors that affect wear. The factors also affect the measurement and evaluation methods of wear. The newly developed wear test methods are generally computer-aided. The computer-aided test methods have many advantages in terms of test duration, the number of tests and especially the control of test variables. In this paper, the modern test methods which are ultrasonic, microscopic, acoutic emission, electromagnetic and radio-nuclide techniques are mentioned.
