Bankacılık Sektörünün Gelir Dağılımı Ve İstihdam Üzerine Etkisi
Abstract
konusudur. Büyüme oranından istihdam oranına, istihdam oranından büyüme oranına
çift yönlü nedensellik tespit edilmiştir. Kredi hacmi/GSYH oranından istihdam
oranına nedensellik tespit edilememiştir. Kısa ve uzun dönem ilişkilere bakıldığında,
uzun dönem ve kısa dönemde büyüme oranındaki 1 birimlik artış kredi hacmi/GSYH
oranında azaltıcı etkilere sahiptir. Uzun dönem ve kısa dönemde istihdam oranındaki
1 birimlik artış, kredi hacmi/GSYH oranında artışa neden olmaktadır. Uzun dönem
ve kısa dönemde istihdam oranındaki 1 birimlik artışın büyüme oranı üzerinde 2,49
birimlik bir artışı etkilediği gözlemlenmektedir. Uzun dönem ve kısa dönemde kredi
hacmi/GSYH oranındaki 1 birimlik artış büyüme oranında 0,30 birimlik azalmaya
neden olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The banking sector is the basis of the financial resource worldwide.
Improvements in the banking sector have a direct impact on economic growth. It also
affects the increase in employment. However, the negative effect of the banking
sector on both economic growth and employment rates. The income / earnings of
individuals / organizations are evaluated by the bank in terms of income distribution.
On the one hand, there are interest rates given by the bank to the savings holders. In
both cases, the nominal gain of the bank is an undeniable fact.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of banks on economic growth and
employment rate due to the financial importance of banks. For this purpose, the data
of loan volume / GDP, growth rate and employment rate between 2000Q1-2018Q4
were analyzed using Granger causality test and ARDL test. According to the results
of the analysis; There is a two-way causality from credit volume / GDP ratio to
growth rate and from growth rate to credit volume / GDP ratio. From growth rate to
employment rate, from employment rate to growth rate, two-way causality was
determined. No causality was determined from the loan volume / GDP ratio to the
employment rate. When the short and long term relationships are analyzed, according
to the results of the analysis; 1 unit increase in long-term and short-term growth rate
has a decreasing effect on credit volume / GDP ratio. The 1 unit increase in the
employment rate in the long-term and short-term causes an increase in the loan
volume / GDP ratio. It is observed that 1 unit increase in the employment rate in the
long term and short term affects an increase of 2.49 units on the growth rate. It was
concluded that the 1 unit increase in the loan volume / GDP ratio in the long term
and short term caused a decrease of 0.30 units in the growth rate.
