Eratna Ve Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmed Devletlerinin Dış Politikası

Abstract

Eratna Bey, Anadolu Umumi Valiliği görevini belirli bir süre yürüttükten sonra, kendi devletini kurmuştur. Sivas-Kayseri bölgesinde kurulan ve yaklaşık 50 yıl boyunca hüküm süren Eratna Devleti, birçok devlet ya da topluluk ile ilişkiler kurdu. Bunlar, İlhanlılar ile bağlantıları olması nedeniyle Celayirliler ve Çobanlılar, devrin güçlü devleti olması nedeniyle Memlükler, Memlüklerin kendilerine bağlı olarak gördükleri Dulkadirliler, dönemin Anadolu coğrafyasında güçlü bir beylik olan Karamanlılar ile birtakım ilişkilerin kurulduğu Artuklu, Aydınoğlu, Osmanlı ve Taceddinoğullarıdır. Eratna Devleti, bu devletler ile bazen olumlu bazen de olumsuz ilişkiler kurmuşlardır. Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmed, devletini Eratna Devleti’nin hüküm sürdüğü bölgede kurdu. O’da tıpkı Eratna Devleti gibi devrin bulunduğu siyasi şartlar gereği birçok devlet ve beylikler ile münasebetlerde bulundu. Bunlar, devrin güçlü devletleri olan Memlükler, Osmanlılar, Karamanlılar, Akkoyunlular, Timur ve Türk beylikleri olan Candaroğulları ile Taceddinoğullarıdır. Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmed bu devletler ile kimi zaman dostça kimi zaman ise düşmanca ilişkiler geliştirmiştir. “Eratna ve Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmed Devletlerinin Dış Politikası”adını verdiğimiz bu çalışmada, Eratna ve Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmed Devletleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilerek, bu iki devletin diğer devlet ve beylikler ile olan münasebetleri hakkında araştırmalar yapılacaktır.

Eratna Bey established the state of Eratna here after carrying out the office of governor in Anatolia for a certain period of time. Established in Sivas-Kayseri region and ruled for nearly 50 years Eratna state, many states or communities have established relations. These are the Jalayırıds and the Chobans, due to they have connections with the ilkhanids, Mamluks because of the strong state of the era, the Dulkadirs because of the neighbor of the border, the Karamans who was a strong beyliks in the Anatolian geography of the period, and the Artuks, Aydınoglu, Ottomans and Taceddinoglu where some relations were established. The Eratna State sometimes positive and sometimes negative relations with these states have established. Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmad established his state in the region where Eratna state was founded. The state established by Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmad has established relations with many states in terms of the political conditions of the era, just like the state of Eratna. These are the Mamluks, the Ottomans, the Karamanians, who were a powerful states of the era, Turkmen Beyliks Dulkadirs, Candaroglu, Taceddinoglu and Akkoyunlu and Timur state, seen as a rising threat. Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmad has always developed his relations with these states in line with his own interests. In this study, Eratna and Kadı Burhaneddin Ahmad States established in Central Anatolia will be mentioned about their foreign policies with other states, how the political conditions of the period affect the relations experienced and policies developed by these two states will be expressed.
