Türkiye’de Spor Yönetimi Sorunları: Futbol Sektörü Örneği

Abstract

GÜRSOY, İbrahim Gökhan, Türkiye’de Spor Yönetimi Sorunları: Futbol Sektörü Örneği, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Sivas, 2014 Spor, gerek ulusal düzeyde olsun gerekse uluslararası düzeyde olsun çeşitli yarışmalarla süreklilik arz eden sosyal olaylar zinciri şeklinde görülmektedir. Bu yüzden, dünyadaki bütün spor organizasyonları, teşkilatları, ligleri, yarışmaları vs. spor olgusunun getirdiği kural ve değerler etrafında birleşirler. Spor yönetimi hemen hemen bütün yönetimlerin alanlarına girmekte ve geniş bir kesime hitap etmektedir. Spor organizasyonlarının diğer yönetim türlerine göre farklı bir yapı ve işleyişe sahip olması, spor işlerinin kendi ihtiyaç ve şartları doğrultusunda yürütülmesi, sporun temel amaçlarına uygun bir biçimde yönetilme zorunluluğunu gerekli kılmış ve bu zorunluluktan da spor yönetimi doğmuştur. Dünyadaki spor örgütlenmelerinin içinde en büyük pay futbol sektörüne aittir. Hemen her ülkede futbol, en çok taraftar bulan ve en büyük ekonomik değere sahip bir sektör olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Bu büyüklük beraberinde bir takım sorunları da getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türk spor yönetiminin sorunları futbol yönetimi örneği ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonunda futbolun en önemli sorunları arasında, altyapı, şike, doping, bahis, siyaset, mali sorunlar, hukuksal düzenlemeler, yönetim zafiyetleri gibi sorunları incelenmiştir.

Thus, all the sport organizations, events, leagues, competitions etc. around the world unite around the rules and values that are created by the phenomenon of sport. Sport Management is related to almost all of the different management areas and addresses to a large audience. The facts that sport organizations have different structure and operation and the running of the sport events in accordance with its own needs and conditions required that sport should be managed correspondingly with its own objectives and as a result of this need, sport managent showed up. Football industry represents the largest share in the sports organizations in the world. In almost every country, football is an industry which continues to hold the greatest economic value and have a great number of supporters. This great size comes with a number of problems. In this study, the problems of Turkish sport management on the sample of soccer management were examined. Youth system, match-fixing, doping, betting, politics, broadcasting and sponsorship revenue issues were found as the most important problems of soccer at the end of the study.
