Yüzdürme-batırma test sonuçlarının kükürt oranına bağlı olarak matematiksel değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yüzdürme-batırma test sonuçlarının kükürt oranına bağlı olarak basit eşitliklerle ifade edilmesi ve interpolasyonu ülkemizdeki bazı kömürler için incelenmiştir. Öncelikle, her bir kömür için test yapılan tüm yoğunluklarda yüzen kısmın kümülatif miktarı ve kükürt oranı tespit edilmiştir. Eşitlikler türetmek için kümülatif yüzen kısımda kükürt ve kükürt dışı bileşenlerin verimleri hesaplanmıştır. Daha sonra verimlerle yoğunluk arasındaki ilişki basit eşitliklerle ifade edilmiş ve eşitliklerden elde edilen hesabi değerler deney bulgularıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, belirlenen eşitlik türünün yüzdürme-batırma verilerinin interpolasyonu için uygun olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, yüzdürme-batırma test sonuçlarının kükürt oranına bağlı olarak basit eşitliklerle ifade edilebileceği ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, the statement of float-sink test results with respect to sulfur content with simple equations and the interpolation were investigated. Primarily, the cumulative weight and sulfur content of the floating fraction were determined for each coal in all densities tested. For deriving the equation, the recoveries of both the non-sulfur and sulfur compound in cumulative floating part were calculated. Then, the relation between the recoveries and densities were stated as simple equations and the calculated values from equations were compared with the experimental results. Furthermore, it was found that the type of equation was suitable for the interpolation of float-sink data. As a result, it was shown that the float-sink test result could be stated by simple equations relating to the sulfur content.
