Ektopik gebelik olgularının Beta-hCG düzeylerinin ve mevsimlere göre dağılımının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda kliniğimize başvuran ektopik gebelik olgularının (3-hCG düzeylerini ve mevsimsel dağılımını araştırdık. Kliniğimizde 1997 ve 2002 tarihleri arasında ektopik gebelik tanısı konulan 30 olgu retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Olgular başvurusu sırasında saptanan değerlerine göre 0-500 mlU/ml, 500-1000 mlU/ml, 1000-1500 mlU/ml, 1500-2000 mlU/ml ve 3000 mlU/ml üzeri olmak üzere beş gruba ayrıldı. Ayrıca olguların başvuru tarihlerine göre mevsimsel dağılımı incelendi. Olguların ortalama yaşı 34.1(yaş dağılımı 19-51)'di. Ektopik gebelik olgularının %90'ında başlangıç (5-hCG değerlerinin 2000 mlU/ml'in altında olduğunu tesbit ettik. Ayrıca, ektopik gebelik olgularının mevsimlere göre anlamlı dağılımı olmadığını saptadık.

We investigated the levels of (3-hCG and seasonal distribution of the ectopic pregnancy cases that administered to our clinics between the years 1997 and 2002. We examined the files of 30 patients with the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, retrospectively. The cases were assigned into five groups regarding their 6-hCG levels at the administration time to our clinic. The mean age of the patients was 34.1 (19-51) years. We found out the levels of serum B-hCG below the 2000 mlU/ml at 90% of the patients. in addition, we determined that there was no significant difference rate of appearence of the ectopic pregnancy cases according to the seasons.
