İlköğretim Altıncı Sınıf Öğrencilerinin Matematik Dersinde Karşılaştıkları Sorunlar

Abstract

Bilgi toplumu olabilmenin gereklerinden biri okullarda ve diğer eğitim kurumlarında etkin ve verimli öğretme/öğrenme ortamı oluşturmaktır. Son yıllarda eğitimin geniş kitlelere yaygınlaştırılması hedefine yaklaşılan ülkelerde eğitimin niteliğini arttırmayı amaçlayan çabaların arttırıldığı gözlenmektedir. Bu çabalar, Temel Eğitim düzeyindeki okullarda temel beceriler ve özellikle sayıları kullanma becerileri üzerinde yoğunlaşmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmanın amacı İlköğretim 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin matematik dersinde karşılaştıkları sorunları tespit etmek ve buna uygun öneriler sunmaktır.

One of the requirements of being an information society is to establish an adequate learning/teaching environment in schools and other educational units. It has been observed that the number of studies aiming to help to increase the quality of education in countries in which the primary target is to expand the education to the wider communities is going up more recently. Such attempts especially focus on students' skills of using numbers and other fundamental skills in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to determine problems of sixth grade students in primary school for mathematics and in this way, is to reach some solutions to the longstanding educational problems.
