Toplumun Tabakalı ve Olasılıklı Yapısı

Abstract

Toplumsal yapı tek bir parça olmayıp bir çok parçalar oluşmaktadır. Bu parçaları birbirine bağlayarak bir bütün oluşturan etken, sosyal programdır. O nedenle her toplum yapısının birbirlerinin yerine konulamaz ve birbirlerinin görevlerini üstlenemez iki temel bağımsız değişkeni bulunmaktadır.Bunlardan birisi, parçalardır/öğelerdir. Diğeri ise programdır. Yapı diye kavramlaştırılan organizasyon, bu iki değişkenin birlikte görev almasıyla gerçekleşmektedir. Parçaların birbirlerine bağlanmalarını sağlayan program olduğundan programdaki değişmeler, yapıda da değişmelere yol açabilmektedir. Yapı içerisinde yer alan parçaların, ayrı bir programla birbirlerine farklı şekillerde bağlanma olasılığı vardır. Dolayısıyla yapısal özellikler kader olmayıp o yapıyı oluşturan programla ilintilidir.

A social structure is not a function of single body. It comes into existence as a result of a combination several of components. What makes this combination possible is the social programme. Therefore there are two main variables in every social structure, which cannot be replaced each other: The components and social programme. So called organization refer to the structure becomes real as there two variables work together. As the main duty of the social programmes is to connect the components to each other, changes in social programmes also lead to the changes in structures as well. Different social programme can always create the possibility of different connection of the pieces. As a result, structural features are not a fate but they are strongly linked to social programme which makes that structure.
