Abstract

Bir toplumun insanlarının sahip olduğu eğitimin niteliği, o ülkenin gelişmişlik düzeyini belirleyen ölçü olmuştur. Bunun için günümüzde bilgi ve eğitim; kalkınmanın, gelişmenin en etkili aracı olarak görülmektedir. Bilgi toplumu olmanın bir gereği de eğitim kurumlarında etkin ve verimli matematik öğrenimi ortamı oluşturmaktır.

The quality of education that the society has in a country is nowadays being considered as the major indicator for its level of development. For this reason, knowledge and education have been considered as the most effective tool for social development, progress. One of the necessary requirement for becoming information society is the setting of the effective and efficient environment for learning of mathematics in the institutions of education.
