dc.description.abstractİntranasal yoldan yapılan ve kemik doku için çekiç ve mikroosteotom kullanılan 25 dakriosistorinostomi olgusunun 1 yıllık takip sonuçları bildirilmiştir. On dokuz hastada (%76) şikayetler tam olarak geçti, 4 hastada (%16) şikayetlerde belirgin bir azalma sağlandı ve 2 (%8) hastada şikayetlerde hiçbir değişiklik olmadığı gözlendi. Genel olarak 23 hastada (%92) başarı sağlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractOne year follow-up of 25 dacryocytorhinostomy cases which have been performed intranasally by using hammer and microosteotom for bone tissue is reported. Nineteen patients (76%) became totally symptom free, symptoms of 4 patients (16%) were resolved considerably and there were no change for 2 patients (8%). Totally, the surgery was succesful in 23 patients (92%).en_US
